He will share clips of films made and excerpts from reading materials all designed to support wellbeing, professional resilience and critical reflection in school leadership. Whilst making Pathway, Andrew worked with many headteachers, lecturers, psychologists and coaches, all focused on helping leaders to stay empowered and in control.
