This session will help attendees to identify their priority areas to target for EdTech spending, in order to map their spending to a clear strategy. We will explore ways to maximise the value of what is already available and ensure low cost is not low value.

We begin by considering the ‘Why’ of EdTech to set the context, before exploring models to support decision making and the evaluation of the impact of EdTech.

Practical examples of how your priorities could be met will be showcased, including multi-purpose software, flexible platforms, and adaptable hardware.

The implications of cost versus value for money will be considered by sharing ideas for buying with the future in mind and by recognising the genuine value of free – freemium – premium services.
